ForgeLift is a personal fitness and nutrition logging app for iPhone, developed by Shubham Singla ("we", "us") in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
ForgeLift displays estimates — calories, maintenance energy, BMI, training suggestions — for general fitness purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified health professional before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition. You exercise at your own risk.
Your data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud (see the Privacy Policy). We recommend keeping backups enabled. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device loss or failure, deletion of the app, disabling iCloud, or actions taken within the app such as "Reset all data".
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app except as permitted by law or by Apple's App Store terms, which also apply to your use of the app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
