Where is my data? On your iPhone, and — if you enabled sync or backups — in your personal iCloud. We run no servers and can't see anything you log, so support never needs access to your data. See the privacy policy.
How do I back up? In the app: Settings → Backups for automatic iCloud Drive snapshots, or Settings → Export backup (JSON) for a file you can keep anywhere. Restore from Settings → Backups on any device.
How do I move to a new iPhone? Turn on iCloud sync on both phones (Settings → iCloud sync), or export a JSON backup on the old phone and import it on the new one.
